Muslim Neighbours Data Protection & Privacy Policy

Information Muslim Neighbours holds and processes about trustees, volunteers, suppliers, or other organisations must comply with the 1998 Data Protection Act.

To comply, we will only collect the information we need for a specific purpose. We will keep data secure, ensure it is relevant and current, only hold as much as we need, for as long as we need it and allow the subject of the information to see it upon request.

Trustees and volunteers must comply with the data protection principles of the 2018 Data Protection Act and GDPR when dealing with personal data (links to Art. 5 GDPR principles of processing personal data).

Any breach of data leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthrised disclosure of, or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed must inform to the chairman of Muslim Neighbours.

 

Muslim Neighbours Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Muslim Neighbours uses and protects the information you have provided on this form, ensuring the highest level of security and protection.

The data Muslim Neighbours collects will be used for internal record-keeping, contact in case of emergency,  contact by email, phone or mail for information sharing regarding our dawah activities and confirmation of your agreements with Muslim Neighbours.

This information will be accessed by Trustee members and by the form administrator and will only be shared with a third party if we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
